Pay a 30% deposit through Stripe, then pick a time on the calendar. The rest is due when the job is done.

Good questions.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as Karim can reach the car, a water spigot, and an outlet, you can go to work, run errands, or stay inside.
What do you need from me?
A water spigot and a power outlet within reach of the car, and room to open every door. That's it.
What if it rains?
Interiors happen rain or shine. If heavy rain lands on an exterior day, we move you to the next open day for free, unless you have a garage or carport we can work under.
Will you scratch my paint?
Clean microfiber on every panel, soft brushes for trim and vents, and gentle organic products. A family SUV gets the same care as a Porsche.
How long does it take?
Interior: 3 to 5 hours. Exterior: 2 to 3 hours. Full detail: 4 to 6 hours. It depends on the size of the car, and the booking builder adds it up for you.
Why a deposit?
It holds your time just for you. It comes off your total, and you pay the rest when the job is done.
Can I change or cancel?
Need a different day? Move it anytime. Changed your mind? Cancel with 24 hours notice for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is kept.
Can you do more than one car?
Yes. Add every car to one booking. Great for families, roommates, and office lots.
How does the Maintenance Club work?
Every membership starts with a Full Detail, so your car is brought up to our standard first. Choose every 2 or 4 weeks when you book it. After that, Karim texts you a private link to set each visit at the member price. No contract, and you can pause or cancel anytime. If more than 6 weeks pass between visits, the next one is a Full Detail at the regular price.
No. The price you build is the price you pay. Heavy dog hair is the one add-on, and you choose it yourself.
